If you email the site, you may provide your name, email address, a page URL, a correction, or a general question. Do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, complete medical charts, insurance identifiers, or other highly sensitive records through ordinary email.

The web host, content-delivery network, or security provider may process routine server information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and advertising
Sue Medical Malpractice does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or display-ad scripts. This policy will be updated if the site’s data practices materially change.
Medical and legal information
This website is not designed to receive confidential case files or protected health information for legal representation or medical care. Sending a message does not create an attorney-client or clinician-patient relationship.
